solutions and manufacturing methods. |

When we needed multiple components cast in marine grade
stainless steel for our big game fishing chairs, the cost of
multiple multipart-die-blocks for manufacturing the wax
patterns did not fit within the budget. |
|
So we used our expertise in composite pattern &
mold making to build low cost composite tooling dies in our
workshop, produced our own wax patterns, and sent the wax
patterns direct to the foundry |
|
This result fell well within budget, and the
parts superceeded expectations. |
